When You Get Here

When you arrive, look for our First Time Here tent. Our team will be there to greet you, answer questions, and make sure you feel welcomed. We'll help you find your seat, show you where Soul City Kids check-in is located, and answer any of your questions.

Whatever makes you comfortable! You'll see people in everything from jeans and t-shirts to dresses and button-ups. No dress code required.

Every volunteer is background-checked and trained in child safety protocols. We use secure check-in and check-out procedures so you can worship with complete peace of mind.

First-Time Parents: Here's How It Works

When you arrive, stop by the Soul City Kids Check-In desk in the main lobby. Our team will help you register your family, answer any questions, and print secure name tags for your child and a pick-up receipt for you. Then we'll walk you and your child to their classroom so everyone feels comfortable before service starts.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the service like?

Our services are casual, energetic, and Spirit-led. Expect live worship music, a message from Pastor Ariel that's rooted in Scripture, and time to encounter God's presence. Service lasts about 75 minutes.

What about my middle or high schooler?

Right now, students in middle and high school join us in the main service. We're building toward a dedicated student service, but until then, they're absolutely welcome to worship with the whole church family.

What if I’ve never been to church before?

No problem at all. You don't need any experience or background here. We'll make sure you know where to go and what's happening. If you have questions, our team's got you. Simple as that!

Will anyone make me stand up or single me out?

Nope. We're all about making you feel comfortable, not putting you on the spot. If you fill out a Connect Card, we'll reach out during the week to say hi and answer any questions—but there's zero pressure during service.

What denomination is Soul City?

We're part of the Assemblies of God—a Spirit-filled, Bible-believing movement. You can read more about what we believe in our Statement of Faith.

Our main worship experience is Sunday mornings at 10 AM. But if you're looking to connect during the week, Soul Groups are where it's at. We meet in homes across Central Florida for six-week seasons.
